Returns & Refunds Guidelines

Returns Overview: Items in their original condition, unopened and unused, can be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please be aware that opened items can't be returned due to health and hygiene considerations.

Procedure for Returning: For returns, consider using the 'Royal Mail Signed For' service available at local Post Offices. Secure a postage proof or receipt to address any potential delivery issues. In your returned package, include a note with your name, order number, and the reason for the return to facilitate a smooth processing.

Costs for Sending Back: You'll cover the return shipping charges, which are non-refundable. The only exception is if the product is faulty. We may decline refunds or exchanges if the item returned isn’t in a sellable condition or if it's damaged or opened.

Refund Process: Refunds are credited to the original payment method. After a refund is processed, it might take up to 5 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays) for the amount to reflect in your account, though it often appears the same day. If there's an undue delay in receiving your refund, please get in touch with us or your bank/payment service.

Dealing with Faulty Products: If you've received a potentially faulty item or face issues with your purchase, please raise a support ticket through our contact form. Our team will guide you further and provide any needed return forms.

Important: All returns, whether due to preference or product faults, should be registered via our ticket system. We won't process any returns that haven't been authorized in this manner.

Sending Returns: For dispatching a return, please reach out to us through the provided email or phone number. While you'll bear the cost of the return, we advise using a tracked service, especially for items valued over £150, ensuring they're insured. We're not responsible for any returns lost during transit.

For International Orders: If customs in your country confiscate an order, we can't be held accountable. Please ensure your country's regulations allow the items you order. We won't entertain any refund or chargeback claims based on customs issues. It's the buyer's responsibility to verify the admissibility of items in their country.
